Springs is a small, family-run software studio. This policy explains what information our products collect, how we use it, and — most importantly — what we will never do with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
We do not collect your real name (unless you choose it as a display name), address, phone number, payment information, or financial account credentials.
We will never sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information — including your email address — with any third party for commercial, marketing, or any other purpose. Full stop.
We use a small number of external services strictly to operate our products. Depending on the product, these may include:
We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, third-party behavioral analytics, or social media SDKs of any kind.
Our products use session cookies to keep you logged in. They contain only a random session identifier — no personal data — and expire on logout or after a period of inactivity. No third-party cookies are set by our sites.
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you would like your account and all associated data deleted from any Springs product, email us and we will remove it promptly.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Our sites are served exclusively over HTTPS. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, though no system is perfectly secure and we make no absolute guarantees.
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Chore Pets is designed for parents to set up and manage: children interact with chore names and game characters only, and no personal information is collected from the child.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it on this page with a new effective date. We will never quietly weaken the "what we will never do" section.
